FAQ

Logging into your personal account via the Monizze website or the Monizze app is very easy:    

1. Go to your Monizze account or open the Monizze app.   
2. Enter the email address or mobile phone number you used to activate your Monizze card. Have you forgotten your username? Then follow these instructions.
3. Enter your personal password. Have you forgotten your password? Then follow these instructions.   

You should count around 10 working days for the production and delivery of a new Monizze card. Through your client area, you can easily consult the card production and shipment dates of your employees’ Monizze cards.  To do so, go to the “Employees” tab and click on “Card creations”.

Has the sending date passed a long time ago, but you have not received the card? Then please contact us. Keep in mind that postal processing may take several working days.

Activate easily the direct debit via itsme with Twikey!

1. On the home page of your client area, click on “Direct Debit”
2. Click on “Activate Direct Debit”
3. Check your details and click on “Continuer l’activation sur Twikey”
4. Follow the steps and confirm your direct debit via Itsme
5. You will receive the signed direct debit mandate via e-mail

After receiving your application, Monizze takes care of full follow-up. We will contact your terminal supplier to configure Monizze on your payment terminal. This is always done within 10 working days, remotely and without your intervention being required.

There are 2 ways to spend your meal, eco and gift vouchers:   

1. In a shop, with your Monizze card: there are more than 30,000 shops in Belgium accepting the Monizze card.  
2. Online, via your MyMonizze account
3. Via Dealzz, our online benefits platform
