How can I block my Monizze card in case of loss or theft?
Has your Monizze card been lost or stolen? There are several ways to block it immediately:
- Via the mobile app under “My Cards”
- Via MyMonizze on the homepage via “Block card”
- Through our customer service via the number +32 (0)78 05 33 77 (Monday to Saturday between 8:30am and 6pm). Don’t forget to have your national registration number ready when you contact us.
- By phone by calling Card Stop on +32 (0)78 170 170 (24/7).
Your employer can also block your card himself via his own customer area.

How can I pay my invoices by direct debit?
Activate easily the direct debit via itsme with Twikey!
- On the home page of your client area, click on “Direct Debit”
- Click on “Activate Direct Debit”
- Check your details and click on “Continuer l’activation sur Twikey”
- Follow the steps and confirm your direct debit via Itsme
- You will receive the signed direct debit mandate via e-mail
How do I add or remove additional terminals?
If you wish to add or remove a terminal, please send an email to shop@monizze.be with below details:
- Your VAT number and/or affiliation number
- The new terminal id (TID – it consists of 8 characters)
Note: Is the terminal located at a different address? Then go to “How do I add an additional point of sale?”.
I have submitted my application form to accept Monizze through my payment terminal. When can I accept Monizze?
After receiving your application, Monizze takes care of full follow-up. We will contact your terminal supplier to configure Monizze on your payment terminal. This is always done within 10 working days, remotely and without your intervention being required.
