What should I do if my employee’s Monizze card is lost or stolen?
If the Monizze card of one of your employees is lost or stolen, block that card via your client area.
In the “Employees” tab, select the person concerned, click on “Cards” and “Block card” and confirm. A new card will be ordered automatically and delivered within 10 working days.
Your employee can also block their Monizze card themselves via MyMonizze, our mobile app or by phone.
How do I add or remove additional terminals?
If you wish to add or remove a terminal, please send an email to shop@monizze.be with below details:
- Your VAT number and/or affiliation number
- The new terminal id (TID – it consists of 8 characters)

As a Monizze partner, how do I introduce a client?
You do this fully automatically via our customised partner page, or by e-mail via your regular contact person. You can also always send an e-mail to partner@monizze.be.

What can I buy with eco-vouchers?
Eco-vouchers can only be used to purchase ecological products or services. The National Labour Council (NAR) draws up the list of products and services that can be bought with eco-vouchers.
Monizze eco-vouchers are accepted in a large network of large chains, as well as in local shops. In addition, you can also use the eco-voucher to pay online for purchases at various online shops.
